Customers can be safe in the knowledge that every effort is taken to ensure food safety and strict hygienic procedures are followed at all times by every member of our trained staff:

• Our Specialist Butchers have all gained both the Intermediate Hygiene Certification and the Meat Managers HACCP.
• In addition to the above, Nationally recognised qualifications, all our staff are trained to Bexleys strict in-house Hygiene Training
• We have strict Quality Assurance procedures to ensure that our products are stored at the correct temperatures and rotated accordingly.
• For cleaning and sterilisation, only Food Grade chemicals provided by specialist suppliers are used.
• It goes without saying that separate, colour-coded utensils are used for cooked and raw products to reduce any potential for contamination.
