Bexleys have been leaders in innovative traditional handmade sausage making for over 10 years.
All of our sausages are prepared daily from fresh and are made using specially selected fresh cuts of shoulder and belly pork which is cut and carefully trimmed by hand.
The meat is minced and the separate ingredients that make up our special sausage recipes are added and mixed before being filled into natural skins which we then hand-link in the traditional way. This gives them a great texture with very high quality meat content which varies between 80% – 95% meat.
All of our recipes are developed and perfected by our experienced master butchers until we have crafted a perfect sausage recipe. The dedication of our staff combined with our purpose built factory in Liverpool makes it obvious why our sausages are award winning.
Our inspiration comes from across the globe yet we still preserve plenty of local influence in our sausages too, we welcome suggestions so please do let us know your favourite sausage flavours.
