From Fresh: 850w microwave on full power for 3-5 mins ensuring product is piping hot before serving

From Frozen: Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the refrigerator. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze and follow instructions as above

    Couldn’t fault these meals. I’ve been having them for a few weeks now along with going to the gym and have lost 9lb.
    They’re always so tasty and are a great portion size. Also save me loads of time not having to cook! Defo worth every penny!

    These meal preps are fantastic. Very tasty, healthy and so easy to make. Saves a lot of time too which for me is the main thing. The salt and pepper noodle dish is still my favourite. Alfie
