Cut & dice your chicken fillets for curries, stir fry’s, casseroles, homemade kebabs, the list goes on.

Poach them whole to help keep their size and stay succulent as it cooks, add to a delicious homemade tomato based sauce.

Slash the tops of the chicken breast, add a marinade/seasoning cook in the oven for 40-55 minutes for a crispy top.*

Simply place in the oven to cook. Either eat hot or refrigerate when cooled for easy use in cold pastas/salads/sandwiches etc.

*When you can, marinade chicken overnight to ensure the meat will be tender, juicy and full of delicious flavours.

Don’t forget to use your salt & pepper seasoning, this can be used in a variety of dishes.

Our chicken breasts are suitable for home freezing. We would recommend freezing them in the freezer bags supplied, in two’s, please ensure the freezer bags are tied securely in a knot. Before cooking, let your chicken breasts completely thaw out by either removing them from the freezer the night before and leaving them in a bowl/pasta dish in the fridge or defrosting them in the microwave.

Back Bacon

Of course the obvious use of bacon is for a great full English breakfast, grilled or fried bacon is a staple for our delicious breakfast times.

A delicious homemade hunters chicken. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around a raw chicken breast, place into a oven-proof dish and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and add BBQ sauce and a sprinkling of grated cheese on top, return to the oven for a further 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.*

Dice & fry in oil/butter to add to carbonara

Cook & slice the bacon. Either add it to hot pasta dishes or refrigerate when cooled for easy use in cold pastas/salads.

Other than tasty bacon butties you can add bacon to A LOT of simple recipes to make them even tastier.

*Please ensure chicken  is cooked thoroughly by checking with a food thermometer.

Sirloin Steaks

Perfect for special occasions.

For the people who love their meat, sirloin is the one for you – with no bones and very little fat.

Simply place your steaks in a hot griddle pan with butter and sear on each side, turning ever 30s or so to ensure you have cooked it evenly. Serve it along side some delicious chunky chips and vegetables for a weekend treat or a special occasion.

Why not try your hand at delicious homemade spiced beef kebabs – greek style!

You could also use sirloin in a tasty beef & broccoli stir fry (salt and pepper seasoning will go great with this), beef stroganoff, salt & peppered beef baguettes with cooked onions, or garlic butter steak bites – perfect for everyone to enjoy at a party!

Tender BBQ pulled pork. Rub the pork with oil and season well with paprika, garlic salt, onion salt & black pepper. In a roasting tin add one cup of water, place the pork onto the wire rack and then cover tightly with tin foil. Cook on a pre-heated oven at 130C fan for 5 hours. Remove from the oven. Drain the juices into a jug, and pull the pork apart with two forks, discarding of any fat. Mix 2 tbsp of the juices with 4tbsp of bbq sauce and pour over the meat. Enjoy this in a wrap, on a burger bun, as a pasta dish, on top of fries/mac ‘n’ cheese/homemade pizza, the possibilities are endless.
