- 2 half legs of lamb (shank half/Fillet half)
- 2 half shoulders (Blade half & knuckle half)
- 1 lamb loin cut into chops
- 1 breast of lamb (ribs cracked)
- 2 pieces of round neck
- 1 lamb kidney
Our fresh half Lamb is cut from a full Manx Lamb which weigh approximately 19 kg gross weight, therefore the half lamb gross weight is approximately 9.5 kg
Our craft butchers will cut and bone the half lamb so the finished net weight received is approximately 8.5 kg.
