There’s no better way to take on a hot sauce challenge than to cook up some wings, cover them in hot sauce, invite your friends over and be brave! We’ve included our favourite (and easiest) recipe for wings, along with more details of each sauce!
*the hottest sauce in this set is made using 22 habanero peppers per bottle. Not, by any stretch of the imagination, the hottest chilli sauce on the planet, but would cause most normal humans considerable discomfort if consumed in large quantities!!

Original Hot Sauce 160ml (Vegan/Gluten Free): Your one stop flavour drop. Fruity and hot. No messing around. You know that go-to hot sauce you’re always reaching for? That’s what this is. It’s hot, but not too hot, garlicky but not too garlicky and the perfect consistency for pouring over just about anything. Enjoy.
Sriracha Chilli Sauce 260g (Vegan/GF): Sriracha meets kebab shop chilli sauce. We’ve combined our signature aged chillies with a load of garlic and added tomatoes for a super savoury note that keeps you coming back for more!
Buffalo Hot Sauce 150ml (Vegetarian/Gluten Free): A sharp and rich hot sauce made with a blend of aged Jalapeno and Habanero peppers, real butter and lots of vinegar. This sauce packs a punch – slather on fried chicken and serve with fries and slaw.
Habanero Hot Sauce 150ml (Vegan/Gluten Free): We use Habanero peppers for their floral fruitiness and intense heat. Ours are aged for up to 3 months to further develop the complex flavour. This sauce is seriously hot and great for adding a big dose of spicy, sharp and salty flavour to any dish.
Habanero Ketchup 255g (Vegan/Gluten Free): The hottest sauce we’ve made so far, this is not for the faint-hearted. 22 Habanero peppers are packed into each bottle making this possibly the hottest ketchup in the world. Proceed with caution!!

STORAGE
Store in a cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated and use within 12 weeks. Shake well before use.

INGREDIENTS: Aged Red Jalapeno (61%), White Grape Vinegar, Garlic, Salt.

SRIRACHA CHILLI SAUCE
INGREDIENTS: Red Jalapeno (36%), Tomato Paste, Sugar, Garlic, White Grape Vinegar, Salt.

BUFFALO HOT SAUCE
INGREDIENTS: White Grape Vinegar, Aged Red Jalapeno (29%), Garlic, Unsalted Butter (milk), Tamari (water, soybeans, salt, spirit vinegar), Aged Habanero, Sea Salt (see allergens in bold).
