Boneless Pork Loin

Tender pork loin with crispy crackling. Perfect for your Sunday lunch.

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6.

Remove joint from packaging, rinse and rub salt into the skin of the pork to help create a crisp crackling.

Add thyme on the base of a roasting tin with the pork on top.

Roast for 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Remove from oven, ensuring the juices run clear and leave to rest for 10 minutes.

Serve with Bexleys apple sauce.
